Ginger is so anti inflammatory but that’s not all its regarded as medicinal. It helps with stomach issues like nausea and indigestion. Actually the health benefits are bountiful. I love it because it is a natural anti-inflammatory. Amazingly it’s also considered anti cancerous. WOW!

That’s not all bananas aid in digestion and are super rich in b-6, high in potassium, heart heathy and even help relieve muscle cramps. Well let’s just say you should go bananas for bananas. 

Cinnamon helps  lower blood sugars, fights infection, an ant inflammatory,  heart friendly and is an antioxidant.

Coconut milk is rich in tons of vitamins and minerals, heart healthy, antibacterial.

OH JUST DRINK IT!!!

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana,
1 inch ginger, grated
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup coconut milk

Blend with ice for a delicious nutritious smoothie.  I use frozen bananas and cold coconut milk. To make a chillier smoothie.

Even add tito’s vodka for a gluten free tropical libation
