I love PUMPKIN everything except pumpkin pie ironically.
This is a delightful healthy version of all those super sugary inflammatory coffee drinks being served up this fall. They are all yummy but honestly pack a punch when you are watching sugar, calories and carcinogens. Yeah that should make this cleaner recipe more appealing! Adding real pumpkin less refined sugar and oh yeah freshness should be what attracts us. Easy and delicious too.
