Dice 1 large orange
Mandolin slice I small fennel bulb and use fronds for decoration and added flavor.
Olive oil and sea salt and toss! Yep that’s it.
Great with grilled shrimp or seared tuna steak or just on its own.
I used a locally found fennel chili sea salt I bought this summer in Maui. I think I put it to good use here. And I savor those gorgeous Hawaiian memories which made this salad delightful for me.
